Login to Synology
Open Package Center
Install RADIUS Server app
Open RADIUS Server package
Uncheck local users
Check LDAP users
Click Apply
Click on Clients on left hand side

Create Name
Create Shared Secret
Enter IP address of Cisco WLAN controller

Create FQDN (something like Test.local)
Create password
Change Connection Settings
Disallow anonymous binds
Force clients to use encrypted connections
Change timeout to 10 minutes
Click OK
Click Apply
Click on Manage Groups

Give the Group a name
