Managed Services - Grants Pass, OR

For any technology company seeking to move from the standard Break / Fix model to the Managed Service Provider (MSP) model, or for a company looking to automate their current MSP, the implementation of Remote Monitoring and Maintenance (RMM) software is key. Over the years our engineers have implemented and managed all the major RMM platforms – ConnectWise Automate, Kaseya VSA, Solarwinds N-Central, and Autotask / Datto RMM. We specialize in custom tailoring these RMM platforms to the needs of other MSPs. Here are the key elements of any RMM solution:

Patch Management
Keeping computer / server OS and apps up-to-date
Event Monitoring
Parsing data from event logs, WMIC, SNMP, Syslog, and more...
Notification
Determining which events are alerts and which are just noise
Scripting / Automation
Finding patterns of which alerts can be automatically remediated by scripting a fix
Scheduled Tasks
Automating regular maintenance tasks to free up technicians time
Reporting
Get the metrics you need and details the customers want to see
Solarwinds N-Central RMM Resale

Farmhouse Networking is what is known as a Master MSP, which means that other smaller MSPs come to us to resell to them our already configured RMM solution. This allows these smaller MSPs to focus on customer service and sales while we take care of the maintenance and improvements of the RMM platform.

We are currently using the Solarwinds N-Central platform for our RMM. We have integrated monitoring for Webroot SecureAnywhere, Sophos Endpoint, and SentinelOne security services. We have deployments configured for printer management via PrinterLogic and website filtering via DNSFilter. There are hundreds of custom monitors, notifications, scripts, automations, and scheduled tasks already in place. Our pricing is highly competitive with the success of our clients in mind.
